Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.

Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return.

Delivery fees are not included in the refund, as they are collected by the courier company.

No cash refunds. Once the item is returned to the driver, delivered to us, and we confirm the integrity of the hair, your refund will be initiated via bank transfer only.

After 2 days, we are unable to return items to our supplier because it would require shipping, which takes over two weeks. This timeframe prevents us from ensuring a refund or exchange on our end, as the item would not reach the supplier in time. This process also incurs significant additional costs for us.
